How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order pieces take 3 to 4 weeks. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. International delivery takes an additional 5–10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Paris atelier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are final sale due to their custom nature.
How do I initiate a return?
Email contact@ostuffcorp.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return label within 24 hours.

How do your garments fit?
Fit varies by line. COR runs true to size, Adaptive is slightly oversized, Experimental varies. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Can I get custom sizing?
Yes. Through our Lab On Order service, we can create pieces to your exact measurements. Contact us for details.
PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for my garments?
Most pieces should be dry cleaned or hand washed cold. Avoid tumble drying. Store hanging in a cool, dry place. Specific care instructions are included with each garment.
